Reserving a Puppy

Pricing Options: (prices include Iowa Tax)

As you know, Golden Retriever puppies are a commitment. If you are not ready to provide an environment where the puppy is loved, exercised frequently and cared for with good nutrition, emotional attention, hygiene, then rethink your readiness for a puppy. If you are ready to start loving on a puppy making it a part of your world, then proceed with our process below.

A $315 Deposit is required to reserve a puppy. The balance will be due at pickup via one of the payment options: Cash, Venmo, CashApp or Zelle.
I wish to talk to White Pine Acres before submitting a deposit.
I will submit my deposit using one of the options listed below.

Puppy Deposit:

To reserve your place on our current list, you must submit a $300.   If no deposit is received within 1 hour of application, others that submit application and deposit will be moved ahead of you on our list.

Remaining balance & Payment options:

1. Cash, Venmo, CashApp, Zelle at pickup.

Puppies will be paid in full before leaving white pine acres!

 Deposits can be transferred to future litters and will be placed in front of litter. 
Deposits are Not refundable unless we cant provide a puppy within a 12 month period. 

Timeline

These notifications will be made via website.

  Week 1  -  Puppies are born – a simple announcement will be made on our website.  

   Week 2 -  Group pictures posted.

   Week 4 -  Individual pictures posted. 

   Week 6 -  Updated pictures & video - Puppy selection starts. I will call/Text in order of reservation list.

   Week 7 -  Vet exam. Schedule pickup times. 

   Week 8 -  Puppies go home.

Reserving your puppy

At the start of the 5th Week, puppies are chosen from pictures/videos posted on website.   We will have each person choose their puppy in the same order as our reservation list.  If you are not available or ready to make your choice, we will move to the next person on the list.  Each person will be given a 36-hour timeframe to choose.  The time starts when we first text, email or call you initially.  If you are wanting to visit to choose a puppy in person, an appointment will need to be made.  ***If you come in advance of your choosing time to meet the puppies, we will not guarantee or reserve puppies ahead of others on the list that have already placed a deposit ahead of you.
 
During week 7, we will schedule the time slot to take your puppy home, which will occur during week 8. (Puppies can't leave for your home until Week 8 by law in most states.  Iowa puppies can go home after their well puppy check)

We offer a video Zoom call for increased comfort in making your decision on us as breeders.
